suggestion boxcar

want to know why my threads have yet to show up in the suggestion boxcar. its been over a week or so. are you not approving anymore threads. i had some good suggestions.

i don't see how the holiday prevents a mod from logging into the forum. there were alot of members on here during the holiday. its not like there coming intot work sense there at a home computer when on the forum. I just think there not approving anymore threads sense they don't want anymore suggestions.

The suggestion boxcar forum is monitored differently than the reast of the forums. This is to ensure that they stay on topic for developers to use for ideas and product improvements. If the suggestion boxcar forum became a catch-all place like the rest of these forums, they would have a difficult time culling out garbage for the stuff they need.

Also they don't monitor the forums from home although Alan does stay in contact with the HelpDesk mailbox. I found that out because I contacted him recently. Anyway for the rest of Auran, the forums are "work" unlike for us where they are a pleasure to be enjoyed outside of work for the most part. When I leave my office, I don't bother worrying about customers or faxes coming in. It's the same for Auran employees. They do have a life outside the office.

i just made a 3RD thread on the topic so how much you want to bet they still won't approve that either. other threads are getting approved but not mine. and FYI it does meat the rules on the forum so they just don't like me. and i clicked on the contact us at the bottom of the forum and have not heard back.
