Subway <kuid119493:1059> on DL Station

Is "Subway" <kuid 119493:1059> only usable in 2006? The kuid shows up in TO but does not appear in the 2004 menu of available maps.

hmm thats wierd it don't appear in 2006 either but the scenery items do

I have gotten Subway to run in 2006. It's interesting in that it is a subway 'above ground'. Now what we need for it is a session or two to get lots of trains running in the subway.
