Subpar's USRA locomotives missing kuid

Hi,
I had a go at downloading the USRA locomotives from Subpar productions, including the cab, but there is a missing KUID i cant find.
Can anyone please help?

It is called Southern Railroad 4501 Whistle Sound. I think it is available from Ben Neal's site.

Im having no matter of luck today,
there is another missing KUID that i cant find,

I tried looking on DLS, but couldnt find it.
How do you guys do it?

<kuid:96914:51478> is the enginespec for the USRA light mountain and should be included in the pack.
