Subpar productions incomplete parts

I remember from a long while ago that there was a large folder of subpar productions incomplete locomotives and diagrams with parts from them posted somewhere does anyone remember where that was?

Also the file i was looking for contained a half complete sp 2-10-2 -1 or f-5 with trailing and pilot truck meshes

You can legally download content from Ben's website or from the DLS where he uploaded it. Any folder on the Internet of his content would likely have been offered without his permission. problem is i don't really remember if it was subpar or not as it was hosted on the forum for a while. It felt like his style of work and i took a glance at it and forgot about it. Trying to remember if it was real or not.
