I am on the UK training. I have gotten all the way through. I am on the Forth Bridge trying to get to Edinburgh. I try to get the Evening Star to move. I release the train brake. I have the cutout set correctly and when I increase the regulator the train brake reapplies and the regulator goes to 0. How do I correct this?
