Strobe Lights!

I made a P40DC Genesis in Phase III, and I was wondering how you make strobe lights work. I created the attachment points, but I'm unsure how to make them work. I'm sure it isn't this easy. Thanks for your help

Hey friend. I think that they need scripting. Altough you can get an idea of how are been created and added just getting a simple look at the folder of a locomotives that they have already. Corey's (Jefff449) Aem 7 and Jointedrail's C30-7s (one is avaliable at their freeware section) haves they.
