Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:

BCCode 116 is a graphics issue, may be overheating but if I understand your post it's new PC so unlikely.
Put any control panel settings for Nvidia or ATI / AMD to default, if that doesn't work then need to install the proper drivers from the cards manufacturers or more rarely, the PC's bios doesn't support that card and may need updating. What are the specs of this new PC ? It could also be due to an insufficient PSU for the graphics card.

this problem is only with trainz else all other games are running fine .like i play maxpayne 3 railworks la noire nfs run all on max setting without any issue.my temps are absolutly fine.cpu and gpu both at max load never goes above 50.the system speces are
intel core i3 3220
asrock b75m
4 gb gskill ripjaws ram 1600 mhz
cooler master extreme series 460 watts
xigmateck utgard case
sparkle gtx 550 ti 1 gb
seagate 500 gb hdd

and to tell u i am not getting any blue screen and not my system restarts suddenly.first the cpu heat sink fan stop rest all things are in working and gpu fan speed increase then it shuts down completly and restart after 5 seconds

Win7 doesn't give you a blue screen like XP it reboots, look at the error message it says Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

If you are using the latest Nvidia driver I'd suggest going for an older one, a few have been having problems with 306.97 especially if it came from Microsoft.

Interesting you say that Malc - I had an actual BSOD on my Win7 system a few months back. The only reason I saw it is because I had changed how much information is captured. From memory, mine was graphics card related as well.

Yes you just have to disable the automatic restart to avoid the automatic reboot.

For anyone who doesn't know, right click my computer > properties > Advanced System Settings > Start up and Recovery, click settings > Untick Automatically restart

yes i have directx 9.0c installed.and who say win 7 wont gave blue screen error.it does.so if u say change the driver then why this thing is not happening with other games why just trainz only and on my previous system i was using this driver without any issue

I just finished reading some reviews of Windows 7, of all things from back when it was introduced. Many complained about the crashes, and driver conflicts seem to be the main culprit.

Then you probably have an overheating issue. You did mention that your fans speed up prior to crashing. My guess is that your NEW PC came with faulty graphics card or other component. It may still be under warranty and you could have someone check it out for you.

i already told my pc temps are absolutly fine and it seems like there is an ac inside the case .only the fan of gpu got fast rest of fans remain normal.the graphics card is not the new as i bought it few months back and still 5 month warranty left but if this problem keep coming with other games too then i think of some think faulty.
today i switched to open gl mode and my game didnt crast for about 40 mins so is there any thing wrong with direct x mode

yes the cpu fan stops and display goes off that means processor goes of first rest of system keep working for few sec and then turn off.i keep monitoring cpu temps and at max use they never go above 56

As soon as it stops your cpu will overheat causing the shutdown.
You have either a faulty fan or the fan power supply pin is not connected to the motherboard correctly.

well i got the culprit that is causing the problem and thing is direct x mode.with open gl its running fine .so now what u say is there anything wrong with my direct x
