I also had a look at videos in your Steam soundz referenced at the bottom of it and am impressed with he sound for the Y3 2-8-8-2 that you posted in early December. To me its very good and quite realistic to my ear. Is the kuid for it available? If so How may I obtain it? I could not see any contact details on the page and looked on the DLS. but only found Modern Medium steam 1 kiud: 123250:1103 which is good too but really like the sound you have given the Y3.
Incidently in relation to your revised espec for the NYC K-11, I presume it was for running in 2012? However did you continue to use Ben,s USRA cabin that came with it? If you did was the espec mod enough to fix the problems with it in 12 or did you substitute it with the Auran big steam cab or similiar generic one? Cheers

There's also the one that enables locomotives to say "I Think I Can": Steam Soundz: I Think I Can <KUID:123250:1119>.

Yes, I'm running the modified K-11 in TS12, which is the only version I currently have installed on my main PC. No, Ben's USRA Cabin threw up errors, so I substituted the Bigsteam_Interior_mechanism <kuid:523:55901> that's built into TS12. There may be a fix for Ben's USRA cabin, but I haven't found time to search for the fix or to look into fixing it myself -- it was quicker and easier to substitute the Bigsteam Interior. If I remember correctly (been a few months since I did this), the animation distance on the K-11's main drivers needs to be changed to 5.50596 to get the correct number of chuffs (four) per driver revolution. I'll try to make time to look at the K-11 again, later tonight... (to refresh my memory of what was changed, etc.)
