Steam engine and tender

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what is required to make a steam loco take it's tender with it when doing a runarround?

I thought it was in the steamtender.gs file but after having a look I find that only stops the tender from unloading at an industry.

That tag in the tender will make Trainz see the tender as, well, a tender
