Splash screen

After starting TRS2019 the splash screen shows the Rocky Mountainee train.

Is it possible to replace this, if so how?

Currently, there's no option for a different loading screen.

And the screen changes depending upon membership... For example, my startup splash screen changed to "Trains +" (Plus) when I went to Gold.
