would these specs be good enough to run ts 2010 or better?

It will run 2010 or 2012, but how well is open to question. Integrated graphics and shared RAM could be a bottle neck on that system.

Trainz is probably optimised towards Intel processors. A separate graphics card is normally better. 6-8 gigs of memory would give Trainz 4 gigs on a 64 bit operating system.

It would run but you might have to pick your content and put the sliders over to the left, ie lower drawing distance, less detail etc.
