Spawning AI Cars on new route?

I am creating a route, but I can not locate the appropriate tool to lay the auto-spawning tracks for automobiles. What tab is it located under, and what it is called? :'(

Road Car Spawner BNSF50,<kuid2:39134:101138:2>
Road Car Spawner NC BNSF50,<kuid:39134:102324>
The first one is built-in, the second is on the DLS.

There is another---- I think it's called "City Car Generator" ot something like that. It's built-in also.
