Sounds from Carriage doors

In all of the passenger car assets I have that have operating passenger doors, I never hear the sound of the doors closing. I see from the config files that there is a sound, (called start.wav for some obscure reason). Does anyone have an idea why I don't hear the sound? I hear all the other sounds in TRS06, often much more than I would really like to!

The creator may not have used an event file when he exported them into Trainz, therefore the animation doesn't know when to play the sound. Download some of my Durango Silverton cars to see what they should sound like. I used an event file on export.
