sound problem

can someone tell me why i kept losing my sound in TS12 only? i sent a ticket to N3V but got no answer thus far that was 3 to four weeks ago.
Now i uninstalled and reinstall and it fixed the problem once. I don't want to do that again,with all the updates and patches another 6 hours waisted.

Danny, what sound set up do you have now, and what are your specs of your PC?

Euphod, it is not my pc because i don't have this sound problem with both my 10 virsions on this PC. i thinking it something i DLed like a bad engine sound or horn. i've down loaded everything that i had when this happen before come to think of it.
So i'll start deleting some of the engines and there engine sounds to see if i can find what causing the problem.
I have Realteck high definition audio.
