About the Moscow Metro, here are some shots. Every station is very detailed and real life photographs were used to model them. Some routes are avaiable, while some are under development.

Train operating procedures for the 81-717 are done as in real life with startup/setup and operation restrictions, may take a while to master but worth it. Overspeed and your finish :) Train is included with the routes. (Some routes includes 81-760 or 81-740 Rusich as well)

@ korikovaVL80, please send me an email with your Russian postal address, perhaps I can help you with getting a legal copy of TS10 and/or TS12. My email address:

hrh1000(at)hotmail(dot)com

Just substitute (at) with "@" and (dot) with "."

Btw beautiful screenshots of the Metro stations and of some of the carriages, inside and out.

Cheers

VinnyBarb

Thanks VinnyBarb, it isn't necessary but I would appreciate it. I am still not sure about this version as I didn't get an answer from Auran, but I asked the employee. From what it looks like it is heavily modified, and maybe (or maybe not) even have a different graphics engine (according to a guy on a russian forum).

Right now I don't have an adress, but I will send you as soon I move to my new country (since I'm leaving Russia very soon)

Thank you for your effort :)

Stunning, just amazing work, such great detail. So much time and effort with a great passion has been put into this work.
Where are you moving to?

Thank you, it have taken a very long time, the first Moscow Metro route to trainz came around 2008 and had very inferior quality compared to this one.

Here on the russian forum there is a list of the routes under devlopment, including Frankfurt, Prague, St Petersburg etc... http://forum.metrorus.ru/viewforum.php?f=7&sid=02d2afc910d7fea5f816e7eb3bbc0406

In Kazan I had a little project with some "trainz" friends and we started creating Picadilly Line on London Underground, using the same tecknique as in the pictures above, but the project got scrapped as the 3D modeller got married. So currently I'm learning Cinema 4D to continue on such projects.

I'm moving to Bulgaria, to my friend since my work in Russia is falling apart (salaries getting lower and lower) and Putin is trying to censor our country over the past few months. We even had communists who were protesting in Moscow around a month ago. Seems like people want to return there after all.

But this doesn't stop the transsiberian project :)

Here the launcher: (I think they modified it)

Modified is not the word. The build number in the image belongs to TS12 SP1 but that is nothing like any TS12 SP1 I've ever seen. If that was done in cooperation with N3V, one would think that they would have issued a different build number to avoid confusion.

As for those screen shots you posted, they are amazing. Someone sure has put in a lot of effort and it shows. Kind of wish N3V would notice and perhaps put some into a future version.

I'm not sure about it, the loco in the picture is a Russian VL-80 hauling a regular train. According to the Russian Forum it should be a steam locomotive in the launcher, but it doesn't matter really how the launcher looks.

Sure they are, and it's not always only someone. It's usually many people who develope them together... I don't think N3V would include them in future versions because:

1. People aren't interested in driving Russian routes if they aren't from Russia
2. Some of the trains have pornographic content inside the cabs (but I have fixed that already)
3. Cooperation with some of the members can be hard as some people may not like that the "communism" flags and objects are offered as payware. But they may or will agree on it anyway.

It's not what the loco in the launcher is that is important. It is the build number in the lower right corner. The number in your picture belongs to another version, TS12 SP1 to be exact. That alone makes me suspicious about its legal origin. I seriously doubt that N3V would issue the same build number to two totally different products.

Don't be so modest. People drive all sorts of routes from around the world just because they are different and from places they could not otherwise get to.
2. Some of the trains have pornographic content inside the cabs (but I have fixed that already)
that will definitely keep it off the DSL
3. Cooperation with some of the members can be hard as some people may not like that the "communism" flags and objects are offered as payware. But they may or will agree on it anyway.
Because it's communist or because it's payware? People drive many of Ocemy's fine trains without getting upset about the origin of the prototype and there is already lots of payware around so a bit more won't matter.

As I said earlier in the thread I got it from a metro station. As they give away free copies of Trainz. Probably some kind of propaganda for the public transport as they did give away books before. The build number changes all the time, I'm afraid.

About (2). It's strange pornographic is such a big deal, as they are in the real trains in Russia. When you make photorealistic photos you take them in the cab, and if there is a porno poster it comes with the photo. So when making the photorealistic cab it comes there. It doesn't matter for men, and not for women either in Russia.

About (3). Some people may not like they have communist flags but that isn't the issue. The problem is that according to a member the Communist Flags and symbols must be offered as freeware (for free for people to share) as communism is like that. If the train was built in the USSR or have communist symbols according to them it have to be freeware. More info about this can be found at the Russian forum.

Some developers agree on making it payware, while most don't. It's a dilemma. For example if I made payware of a communist train (for example the ER2 in development) I'm sure many people will be bashing as communisnm "must be free". Probably one of the reasons why so many quality content in Russia is freeware. Who knows?

Good Evening All

This edition is an illegally created (and modified) versions of Trainz, and as such is a pirated copy of Trainz. It is against the license agreement in Trainz to modify Trainz in such a way. It is also illegal to re-distribute non original copies Trainz, either modified or unmodified.

We will not tolerate any further discussion of this version on the forums.
