I have copies of TRAINZ , UTC, 2004 and 2006. My complaint is with trainz 2006 CMP. When you encounter a message that the KUID is obsolete, it will not search for the updated version. I hope that when TRAINZ 2009 or what ever the next version is released to the TRAINZ public, I hope that the new DOWNLOADER, whatever they call it now, will search for all the latest versions of an item. It would be very helpful to the person who is adding content to his or her program.
Also I hope that they update the PAINT SHED. Many of the items now there are of cars and locos of the 60's, 70,s and 80,s. HOw about adding newer versions of Diesel.s and rolling stock. Maybe some steam for our die hard steam fans. Even though I run mostly diesel on several layouts, I do enjoy running steam. This is true in the early 40's, 50', and 60's when steam was on it's last leg and diesels were taking over the rails.
