So many problems......

I have had so many problems with this game....
First, after a computer error I had to uninstall my Trainz 2006. When I reinstalled the game to resume downloading, it said I had to register the game witch I did. Said I was already used....So I sent helpdesks and gotten no reply. All I want to know is the orginal Username and password i registed the game with.....Thats it.....

What do I do since the Helpdesk willnt help me?

Only the second one works...and Auran is a little short staffed so it may take some time for them to respond.

Ive tried the seconded one.....Ive sent massages weeks ago and still dont have replies.....All i want to know is how to get my content manger to work again....

Hi,

You are registered with Planet Auran - uninstalling & re-installing doesn't change that (trust me - I've had two HD failures on this PC so I've been through this process!)

The prompt to register is just that - a reminder.

What you need to do is to enter your username and password into the CMP:- File => settings => internet.

That lets the CMP access your account on Planet Auran. Should all be ok after that.

If you need to "remember" your password, click on the "Profile button" on the top of the forum pages.
