Simulators in Museums

Bill,

That sounds like a rather uncomfortable commute!

Here in the US, our museums are both government and local as you are probably aware I'm sure by now. When an exhibits are setup, there are corporate sponsors who will donate equipment or parts of the exhibit which I think people are saying here. In this case the museum will usually have plaque that states something like the exhibit name followed by a thank you to such and such corporation for their equipment and gift. This would be a perfect way for N3V to show gratitude towards the overall community and a stewardship towards education.

The famous Boston Museum of Science for example has exhibits that were donated by various corporations or individuals including IMAX for the IMAX film theatre.

And a few other pages. I havent updated the site for a while or ran 55008 as busy building the ECML route. About 55 hrs min plus a week on top of my paid 40 hr job. Yes Im single !! Screen and PC need updating which is my own. Hopefully this TANE will do side views at the same time so should look quite impressive and would be a good platform to show off the new version. Looking after 55019 on the Severn Valley Railway for the whole of this years season so dont know when I'll be back on The Green Howards.

Cheers
