Signals in TS2009

Whats going on with the signalling in TS2009. I can't seem to get anmy to work. I had it sussed out in 06 but not now.
Are there any manuals around for using signals in TS2009, the 06 help doesn't seem to be any "help" anymore!

Signals should work the same in TS2009 as they do in 06, with a few exceptions.
Some scripted signals may work differently, but most of the built-in content is not scripted.
That said; I have found some differences in the operation of some scripted signals. It's kind of complex, so I won't try to get into it here.

If you want a tutorial on signaling, I can suggest a few:

Intro to Signaling

Signaling Crossing Tracks and Double Track Junctions

Here is the home page for the above tutorials, so you can explore on your own.

Have fun.

Hi frattonstation

You don't say which country you are modelling or whether you are using semaphore or colour light signals. The signalling logic in 2009 is based on the improved logic in TC3. There is a guide explaining how the TC3 semaphore signals work at the link below.

http://www.trainzclassics.co.uk/

You would need to have the TC3 content transferred into 2009 to get the semaphore signals. I use bloodnoks colour light signals, available on the DLS, extensively in 2009 for UK routes without any problems.

Regards

Brian

thanks for that, I'm using UK as the country. Tried downloading the Bloodnik signals on the DLS but there seem to be loads of missing dependencies.
