I'm using scenerios3 - RBR 3 shunting demo in trs2006 in which you must together 2 car sets of consists one 4 car and one 5 car sets to 1 platform 4 and the other plaform five i get one car set off alright but the other is anter story because as soon as i return via the connecting crossing over i get a message from 'NAGURA' saying you have the main lin how do get around this is ther a work around for this? as i have tried 'run around train' but to no avail and sometimes though this problably isn't such an issue but sometimes the city train comes right up to my track where i am working.

You mustn't go onto the main line tracks at any time in this activity. If you flip into map mode with the M key you can see which those are.

Control your shunter manually (you can use DCC or CAB mode) don't try to give it AI commands.

This activity is meant to be very challenging. You'll need to study the instructions, plan your moves and then drive skillfully. Completing it is a considerable achievement.
