SHERMAN HILL

Hi Chris,

It is payware available from Trainzitalia. They do a 1 year subscription package that allows you to download all the stuff listed here:

http://denver.trainzitalia.com/forum/downloads.php

I don't know if the yet to be released Donner Pass route will be included in the subscription program. The subscription is $40 for 1 year or you can just buy the Sherman Hill route by itself for 25 Euros. At current exchange rates that is about $33. So the package at the link above is a great deal. I have Rollins Pass and West of Denver and they are first class. Each includes tons of custom content. I plan on getting another subscription when Donner Pass is released.

Hello Chris,

I saw this thread yesterday, but I did not post a reply because I feel that my opinion about the Sherman Hill is a little biased :) .

Feel free to contact me via MP if you need any additional information.

Greetings from the other side of the world ;)

I tried to download the U.S. steam locomotives, and I had no problems to download them all; I found some broken links for Italian steam locomotives and fixed them.

Tomorrow I will check the rest of the download area to see if there are other broken links.

I am currently upgrading our content to 2010 standards: the FEF and the Challengers are 95% ready and I plan to release them very soon.

Greetings

Please help

You are not alone Chris. I can't figure the Trainz Italia site out at all. I sent several messages to the "administrator" in regard to registering but never get an answer from anybody.

I'm sorry to say that TrainzItalia has gone out of business and that's the reason that they haven't been responding. I suggest that someone recreate the route and put it on the download station.

I'm sorry to say, you need to get your facts straight before you post false information. I am a gold life member, and know for a fact that they are alive and well. Even was able to get the California Zephyr passenger cars from them.

The reports about our demise were greatly exaggerated... :D

Our old website, TrainZItalia International, has been closed and all our content is now available at our main website:

www.trainzitalia.com

Please register here to access our free downloads (PM me if you require additional information).

Here are the links to the threads announcing the current version (2.1) of the Sherman Hill route:

http://forums.auran.com/trainz/show...talia-4th-of-July-Release-2-Sherman-Hill-v2-1

You can see various screenshots taken on this route in the "USA pics", "Union Pacific screenshots" and "US steam" threads.

Here are the links to the three sessions we released so far:

Other sessions (both switching and mainline runs) are currently under development. Unfortunately, session testing is a very time-consuming (and incredibly boring) task, so their release date is still unknown.

We are also working on a short nice route, from Roseville, CA to Sparks, NV:

Hey guys, so this link no longer goes to any download, and I REALLY would like to get this route as it is my absolute favorite. I can hardly find my way around the Trainzitalia site because it's mostly in Italian and they only appear to have Donner Pass listed in their routes. Does anybody know what happened or another way to get it?
