Hi, there is a new release out there.
Unfortunately, I have had to remove the shift key modifier for increasing the tuning rate of the mouse wheel in the spectrum. This required the use of the Windows Input library and it seems there are a number of bugs associated with this on Windows 10. There were some work arounds with this but they did not always work.
I will look for a different method in a future release.

Yes, it does happen. Both MacOS and Windows have had their share of "update bugs" so it is not just limited to N3V.

Also it is not just at the consumer PC user level that this is a problem. I recall a few years ago N3V was having a problem compiling their source code. The cause was a bug in the Microsoft C++ compiler.

Unfortunately, some will see this as a reason not to install updates of any kind.
