SERIAL NUMBER - TRAINZ 2009 (LOST)

Hey,

I bought Trainz 2009 a few months ago, and i decided to reinstall on my computer... however the problem i have is that i can't download the expansions because i have lost the serial number. Could anyone possibly give any help for this?

tookey if you have registered your 2009 the code will show up in your profile if not the key is found on the back of the manual which came with the product in the box hope that helps

And to supplement Bertieboy's suggestions, if you purchased through digital download, the key is still in your Auran Profile, under order history.

wow. that was quick!!!!

unfortantly i bought it from the shop... and i have sort of lost my case with the manual. i keep all the CD's in a CD folder. otherwise i lose them... and so the case is probably collecting dust somewhere. ive been hunting for ages... suppose moving house didnt help either...

anyway, thanks for quick reply. hopefully i will find the manual or case which will have the serial number...

As Bertieboy and mjolnir mentioned, the serial number will be on your Planet Auran profile.

My guess is you did register the serial number when you first installed TS09 as you wouldn't have been able to download any content otherwise. If so, click on the profile option above and it should be available there.

In LoganS' case, the Serial Number will be shown in Planet Auran. There is a link on the menu at the top of this Forum - fourth item from the left,

However, not so sure about Tookey because the red line showing the products he owns only shows TRS2006.
