Serial Number Problem

Hello

I have just started with Trainz (simulator 12 ) and already having a problem.
When I enter the serial number it keeps saying "Number not found".

Are the Serial Number & Activation Key the same thing? If they are (and I believe it is so) then it looks like I am stuck, because I believe that without the Serial Number, I cannot download anything from the Download Station.

Any advice guys???????

Make sure you have the right product selected. For TS12, this could be Trainz Simulator 12, the 10th Anniversary Collectors edition, or one of the Powered by TS12 versions.
