As a .CDP perhaps - it can be done with the file as as an attachment to an email. There may be limitations in the size of file you send depending on your own ISP and the recipients ISP email attachment restrictions (if any).
This problem, if it exists, might be overcome by splitting the file up into smaller pieces (e.g. several small .CDP files) and sending several emails.
