Seems no matter which program I try, no audio is recorded with video capture in-game?

I cannot seem to get the audio to record during video capture of a game. This is now the fourth program I cannot get audio to work. I have tried Fraps, Bandicam, and Dxtory. Is there anything you can think of for a solution? One thing I do not understand is it worked on my USB wireless headset. But I no longer have it. :'(

FRAPS records audio directly from the Windows output. It doesn't matter if you have headphones or microphones plugged in; whatever sound is coming out of Windows is what's being recorded.
