Where are those shelters from

Hi Compudoc!

Where did you get those GO shelters from? When I was on a bus in Suburban Toronto-- The supid tracks were getting repaired so VIA used a BUS--El Cheapos!!!!lol. But when I was there, I passed a GO station and saw An F59 with bombardiers along with those shelters. I was gonna take a pic but the dern thang was goin' soo fast(said in southern accent!lol) But really, where did you get the shelters from. Oh! and btw, I sent an email about a few weeks ago-- The details are in the email. idon't want to go off topic!

I made those shelters and they are on DLS. As I live in Toronto it is easy for me to take pictures of all the GO Stations when I need them for modeling.

Hi Jim, I have no idea what you might be talking about. I run TRS2004 and I do not seem to have any bell sounds in the layout. Maybe give me the location on the layout where you hear the sound so I can check it. But as far as I know there are no sounds added to the map.

Compudoc, don't take this hard, but you made a mistake with the routing, as the lines bend to the southwest at the Mississauga city limits to follow the lakeshore. That being said, the route does look like it's going to be a great one!

Yeah, I have the whole Greater Toronto area mapped out in TranzDEM all the way to the border at Niagara Falls. Yes, the lakeshore line does go at an angle / between Mississauga and Hamilton. Neil's layout goes east-west, not southwest-northeast like the real thing because he didn't use DEM. So, you can't merge the layout with DEM because it would not match orientation wise at both ends and have it geographically correct. I wish someone would make a drivable multi-lane highway, to have a drivable 401 without having to use invisible track on roads and line it up, for long distances. With a drivable one, you could just plop it down and it would be ready to go. It would include the invisible track with the highway as a track rather than a road. I do have a set with one and two lane roads that you could make multi lane highways with but you would have to line them up side by side plus the two lane roads don't let you use the fill tool to put an embankment under the road. There is an 8 lane highway on DLS, but it's just a road, no invisible track. Also, 2 lane drivable road on DLS with white dash lines and bridge to go with it.
