I love Link, but that shot isn't based off of one of his shots believe it or not. I guess that it is in his style though. Comparing my shot to Link is a huge honor by the way. Thanks for the compliments, both of you. ;D

I take it that you have "The Last Steam Railroad in North America" too. That is a great book, and I have several prints of his photos.
 
I am still dreading what your contribution is going to be this week Sabertooth. Steam is your forte, and you are great at capturing it. Hopefully my shot is at least somewhat competitive with it lol.
 
"A Day Out With Thomas"

Here we catch the daily Thomas train run that gives the kids a ride with Thomas....A WC GP40 is on the other end giving him a hand....The train will pull over the switch and back down the track and WYE it back up the other way..


It was something my daughter and I did last year and she LOVED it....
