As to my picture, it is a PRR Mikado reskin by mcguirel of a Ben Neal loco, and it is on the DLS, 72938:100109 and 72938:100108. You will also need to go to Ben's website, www.steammachine.com, to obtain dependencies. Well worth your while as some of the best locos in Trainz are there.

I have many reskins of permssion granted steam engines. On DLS, place mcguirel in search, and select user name
