This week's theme is Tunnels. It does not matter if they are used or not.

One entry per person. Screenshots off-themed will not count.

Screenshots posted on December 12th will count, anything after will not.

Suggestions? Feedback? Please PM them to me. A new year is coming soon, and it's my goal to make this competition just the way it used to be.

Seeing as all the shots thus far are of tunnels in use, here's a change of scene:
trainz2010-12-0816-41-09-52.jpg

After replacing a burst brake hose on one of the wagons, 5585 and 5308 attempt to restart their northbound goods train. Despite the brake hose failure, the crew are praising their luck, having stuck up on the final leg of the infamous Cowan Bank, with a load of decent coal right behind the loco and, not one, but two of the extremely rare "good" engines out Enfield. The year is 1955 and the section is yet to be electrified. In the background is the northern portal of the disused Boronia #5 tunnel, abandoned in 1909.
