AWVR job PSH-338 switches one of the many anthracite mines of eastern Pennsylvania. In just two short months, this engine would be instrumental in the incident of runaway train AWVR 777.

Since the Levi & Appalachian had merged with the Pennsy and N&W they have limited rights to run over the parent lines. Here we have the Levi & Appalachian's newest J pulling the railroads crack daytime train the Hustlin' Hillbilly from Penn Station, New York, New York to Union Terminal, Cincinnati, Ohio. This is the Hustln' Hillbilly leaving the station in Winchester, KY. on the way to Cincy.

Some F7s from A&BR are sitting in the layover tracks until their train back home is made up.

Nice to see you back, Casper! That's a sweet shot too, as usual.

Since so many folks are putting up real companies' locomotives and rolling stock in fictitious settings:

A meet between the T&P Eagle and an auto parts train, on my personal (fictional) route, which is based loosely on the southern/southeastern United States but also has snatches of Montana and other places around the US.

This shot is from George Fishers Indiana Western. Here a repainted Leasurely steel mill leased SW1500 as it Hauls some coiled cable from my familys fictitious industry!
