That's So Trainz Forum
Welcome to this week's Screenshot of the Week! This week's theme is New York Central and Leigh Valley Railroad scenes! Showcase your best scenes depicting anything directly related to these railroads. From the steamers of the mighty NYC to the red diesels of the Leigh Valley. The rules are normal. One (1) screenshot per person this week. You can add a story to go with it or not. Special effects are allowed if all content shown in the image was in-game. Please do not overdo the editing. Let us know what you edited if you wish.

Keep it clean and great! I know we're sure to see some great entries!

Cheers,
Joshua

No, it couldn't. The Leigh Valley and New York Central railroad were Eastern United States based railroads. If betsy662 doesn't change the screenshot posted before the contest is done with, he'll get a half vote.

Cheers,
Joshua

but, they can lease locomotives, ive heard of norfolk southern engines in washington and i saw a bnsf locomotive on union pacific trackage in utah. its possible

Yeah possible. As much as I would love to let this pass as the next guy, I can just say that if it was a leased unit picture, betsy662 should have specified. Since he hasn't, it stands. Half vote unless he changed the picture before 7/14/10.

he actually did specify, but its a place in texas so ya:D

New York Central and/or Leigh Valley railroad never even came to Texas. Or leased anything there... Still, yet again, betsy662 must change the photo or risk a half vote. Can we move on please?

Cheers,
Joshua

I wasn't going to participate this week, because of that, and somehow I forgot about the NYC/LV restriction, sorry!

Its a nice pic thought!

You'd probably want to just change your topic, it's too specific. Broad topics only, it allows for more diversity, including letting the European fans in.

I may be away, but I can still have my say in things.
Betsy662 you have until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday to either change your image or remove it. Otherwise SantaFeBuff can make your shot invalid.
Hert, I like that shot of yours. Only one issue, the overhead wire.
BobCass, nice job, a bit of New York Central action in the mountains even though the NYC never ran in the mountains. :)
skidmark22, nice image of a couple of Mohawks on a freight, ah it takes me back to when steam was king on the NYC.
AndrewLummis_99, nice twilight effect with the NYC 4-6-2 (I believe) and the diesel.
So far so good, but I'm still hoping to see some Lehigh Valley shots, so please send those in too. It can't just be New York Central after all.
