Has anyone suggested a "neglected track" theme? Uneven rails, covered in weeds, old cars in sidings with a tree grown through them...sort of like this...

The City's old trolley line is only visible these days where it's union station stop was converted to a small bus depot. Here we see a late evening Megabus arrive into the station to let off passengers. In the distance you can see a waiting Amtrak Train readying to depart.
