russian engine question

I remember this engine from about a year or so back.
It looked like a sqaured out alco RS-3 and the cab had a flashlight and beer cans that rolled around with the motion.

I have a need for this engine again but i don't have it anymore. can somebody provide a link?

seems i mistook the body shape, i had seen this engine and just skipped past it the other day because i thought i looked differn't.
