Running Scenarios

I just purchased Train Simulator 2014 and when I am running the scenarios I am not sure where to stop to make the next instruction of the scenario. I thought when you are in the mustard colored (mileage area) area in the HUT you are good enough to go onto the next instruction. Some times just at the start of the mustard color area it says that I am ok to proceed but then other times I have to be further into the colored area.

Could it be possible if some one could help me out where exactly to stop the train so I could proceed to the next instruction, I would greatly appreciate it!

I'm afraid that Train Simulator 2014 isn't anything to do with Trainz or N3V. As I've never used it I can't help with your question but if you search for Train Simulator 2014 on Google you should be able to find the correct website to ask for help.
