RRS 2004 Power Lines

Hello, For some reason I cannot find out how to add power lines or fences in surveyor mode. I am using 2004 edition. If any could shed some light on this would be most great full.

Powerlines and fences are spline objects so you'll find them there. Use your mouse to select Objects Splines or press F3 and then S. Search the list and when you find what you want you lay them like track.
