Maybe when you get your tarp money you can fix your crossing. I iknow there's some around here that are so bad the rails are ABOVE the road! It's a rough ride!

My van has a low floor, so it has enough trouble with speed bumps! I'd hate to send it over that!

We have a crossing just like that around here, I went pretty slow over it; but thats only because I was admiring the Beautiful Scenery.

Okay, I will give you that CSX MOW crews can be lazy, but to go as far as just building the entire rail on top of the road, ballast and all...
