RRMods payware meshes

Well, as the title suggests, I was browsing the RRMods website and ran across their meshes that they have for sale. When you buy the mesh, do you own the rights to the content(use the GP-38 as example) and mesh? Or is it somehow different than that? I had wanted to reskin some engines and I figure I could do paint schemes from scratch on one of these meshes.

i think yes.bcz they are selling meshes so you can edit them as you want reskin them as you want but not sure about reselling

I'm not going to re-sell the skins at first, I have literally no experience reskinning. I figured on uploading them to the DLS mainly. I wanted to do this so other people can have some inventive railroad schemes.
