Routes for TRS09

Does anybody know of any good detailed routes for TRS09? That looks real good and that is a North America route. Sorry but i am new to this Trainz stuff.

Two routes I really enjoy are Erie Northern and Midwest Central - double track main lines 70 miles or so. Also can't go wrong with Cumberland to McConnellsville - prototypical B&O-WM route over 100 miles. All freeware available on DLS.

Midwest Central it says it for TRS06. Will it work for 09?

How do i make it compatible mode?

When you start Trainz, you get the blue launcher screen. Click "Start" on that and at the top left of the next screen, click "main menu" and under that , you click "options". Now make sure that you have an check mark beside "enable compatibility mode for older content". If it wasn't already checked, check it, and close the program and start again. You are now in Compatibility mode.

Did you try letting it download from the DLS?

The Cumberland to Connellsville route runs well in TRS2004, TRS2006, TS2009, and TS2010. '09, and '10 need to be run in Compatibility Mode.

Go into the CM2 and right click on the route. Then in the menu tree it gives you, click "download" at the top and just let it run. If the CM2 and DLS is working together properly, it should download all those things or at least over 90% of them

When you start Trainz, the start screen has several options. Start, Options and Content, etc. The content option takes you to CM2, that is where you manage your content. Once there you'll see everything I mentioned in my PM. If you have 2009, page 28 of the little manual that comes with it shows what you should see.
