Loosely based on any steel town south of Pittsburgh just hanging on by a thread
NS and CSX share a grade through the town and spit off just outside of the town.
NS has a Branch the goes up the river and a single track main
CSX has a double track mainline with single track sections, much like the CSX does through Pittsburgh
