Route Transfer

I am getting a new computer and I want to be able to transfer my route and session I am working on from my old computer to my new one. I am using TS12 Build 49922. When I go into CM my route and the session for that route have the same name. How do I go about creating a file with the route and session that I can move to my new computer after I install TS12 on the new computer. I need detailed instructions on how to do this. Can anyone help? Do I have to create a CDL file or what? If I select just the route in CM to create a transfer file, will it have the session included with it? I appreciate any help on how to do this....Thanks.....:)

Go to Content Manager (CM).
Select both route and session (click 1, hold <ctrl> and click other(s)).
Right-click one of the selected items. Select "archieve".
In the window that pops up, makes sure the route and session have a V (are marked) and select "accept".
In the left part of a section called "archieve" will show with the items you just selected, probably together with a bunch of dependencies that the game found. Click on the "archieve" button.
Give it a nice name, park it in a location you can find it, and press "save".

Transfer it to your new PC with TS12 installed and double click it.

Create a CDP of both the route and session, burn them to a CD or a DVD, insert it in the new computer, and import them into TS12.

Or, if you have an external USB hard drive, copy the files, plug the drive into your new computer an import the files.

Thanks to all, it looks like good advice. I will give it a try when the new computer shows up on my door step....
