Return to Roaming View

Hi All,

After establishing a view with the roaming camera (4), then changing the view to something else
is there anyway to return to the original roaming view via hot-key etc.? I’ve searched and
cannot find a solution other than re-creating the original view manually.

Thanks for any help.

A little test done in the 2 versions of TRS19 I have here
100240 and 114800 (regional europe)

repro
-drive a session
-select 1, 2, or 3 to be focused on a train/vehicle
-select 4, roaming, click somewhere on the map away from the train
-select 1, 2 or 3 and the focus and camera view went back to the original train

the only difference between 100240 and 114800 is the behavior in mode 3 here
in 100240 it moves natural between vehicles of the same train
in 114800 it moves with strange shocks

is behavior different in plus, plat or gold?

In the next version on Set-Driver-Condition-Rule
I try to implement that you can input coordinates, to move to a certain board
but this is only available since SP3 and I need the rule to work with all TRS19

In surveyor 'Search' dropdown you can save as a bookmark, if only the bookmarks were available in driver!

A workaround possibility is to name an object in Surveyor near to the view and then in Driver use find object in the 'Tools' dropdown 'Find Object' facility.

Worth a try?

Cheers,

Graham
