Reskinning UK locomotives

Hi. I am trying to reskin UK locomotives from class 60. I have tried to reskin them with modifying original texture files using paintnet but it failed due to a texture file problem. Texture file problem was 'texture file failed to load.'
I would appreciate any advice on getting past this error and to reskin the entire locomotive.

Hi kdsadk,

after you do a reskin make sure it's still in targa format and it's either 24bit or 32 bit.
