Hey all, this is a thread where anyone can post their own reskinning tips for everyone to see. Heres the first. Details, specifically with JR locomotives. Im doing this tip on Justin's behalf. Hes right, you need to put more effort into skinning, sure its good and easy to just put the colors on a blank map, but it would be even cooler and look awesome if you looked into doing your own textures and details. Doing so is quite easy but extremely time consuming. Thats one of the reasons the AC6000 is taking so long. Another pro to this is you can make your doors however you want, you can make the detailed, look better, and size them to your liking. This way youll feel better about yourself that all your effort made the difference. I hope this helps out a little. Again feel free to post your own tips here.
