removing glass from coach windows?

Is it possible to delete the glass from coach windows because there is one coach which I want to modify into an open air coach without windows. I tried removing the glass files from the coach file but then the windows turn white. How do I make the glass invisible or remove it?

You need access to the source, basically there is a mesh which has a texture applied in the case of transparent windows the texture is transparent or Trainz interprets it as transparent.

Talk very nicely to the content creator and ask them to modify the content for you.

Depending how the windows have been created, you may be able to do it with a change to the alpha map texture, but in most cases, John is right.
