Releasing Jointed Rail reskins?

I recently did a few reskins of some jointed rail freeware using the reskin packs. What I would like to know is what is the sharing policy with them? If I would it would of course be free but I don't want to send anyone something and then find out I could get in big trouble for it. I have already had one person ask about the metra and I said I was not sure. Is it possible to change the title to sharing jointed rail reskins? I can't seem to find the way to.

Yeah, just edit your first post. It'll have the thread title bar in there for you to edit.
