Registered Trainz Products

Hey All,
I was wondering about the timeline that shows ones TRS products that have been through next their forum name. Mine only shows 2006 & 2009 when it should show Trainz from the beginning thru 2009 as i have bought everything up till 09.
All my purchased products were registered via Auran & when i went to redo them it said that the items were already registered. This just has my curiosty up as to why the rest of my TRS registered products would not show up.

When registering the product did you possibly select a different username (perhaps a typo)? Did you click on join planet auran when installing or did you click on the "serial number" link at the top of the forum to enter the numbers? That is the likely possibility.

You could write a note to the help desk including the serial number(s) and at least find out if the numbers are registered to an account. Only they would be able to sort this out for you.

LOL, Its been so long but i don't believe i used a different name back then but then again.

I did join Plant Auran & on the newer items i used the serial # area to register the products.

I will contact Auran for some asistance. Thank You for the help Bricey.
