Red Light Attachment?

How do I add a Red Light Attachment?

Hi, I need to add a red light to a piece of rolling-stock that is triggered on and off by the 'L' key on a keyboard or the light button.
How do I go about this and if needed, what do I add in the Config file?

Attachment Maker from PEV will put the light on loco.
Don't know how to make" L" trigger
I know there is more to than a simple cfg edit.
