realistic people needed for 2010

i'm looking for some people that arent liked the cross trees in 06

they need to be getter looking like real people, but yet not very pixel hungry

what i am looking for
and cannot find on the dls is

firemen
bushfire fighting personnel
beach people

i would try to amke soem
but i'm useless when it comes to 3dmax and blnder

any suggestions of wheer i can find some?
possibly overseas ??
