here is a question for auran ... WHAT IS THE PROPER E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR THE HELPDESK ????

A few months ago i had some problems (i wont go into detail) and tried to contact the helpdesk via the e-mail link and all i got was a message in my mailbox the the postmaster stating "The address you have entered is not correct or invalid. If you did a copy/paste please try it again" (blah blah blah) .... i am starting to think that there is no-one at auran ..... ever.

please give me and everyone else the proper address for contacting you

Its not an email address as such, you have to log in and submit a ticket, link is at top of forum entitled Helpdesk.

The link at the top of the page is better, where it says helpdesk, emails acn get lost in spam filters including their replies.

I got almost a month ago 3 months only of dawnloading from Auran ,the problem is that every time I tried to get the download helper from the download site it tells me error 502 conection failed or broken server in auran and I still can not download anything and I register my Auran trainz 2004 and others ,but I can not download a thing and my time is ruuning aut of what I pay for,now when I got the 3 month stamp to download the website response very quickly but an trying to get in touch with helpdesk and i can not get to the site is this something funny or what and an ready to get to court unless I get any tyupe of response

The helpdesk@auran.com email address has been 'dead' (for receiving emails) for over 7 years now.

However, you can contact us by going to the helpdesk link at the top of the page ( http://auran.com/helpdesk/default.php ). We also have an email address on there if you cannot login. That email address will add the email as a 'ticket' into our system.

We cannot do this with the 'helpdesk@auran.com' email address due to the amount of spam it receives... I have asked before

Just remember, there is a bit of a backlog on the helpdesk, so it may be a little while before you receive a reply...

It's pretty foolish posting your email address and password here!

You would be wise to edit your posting and remove them.

Why not ask your questions here rather than getting frustrated with helpdesk?
